30R 200W BC1 Rheostat Resistor - Potentiometer
Rheosta is a high watt adjustable resistor. They have higher wattage than potentiometers. The resistance values of rheostats can be adjusted by turning them between 0 and the value written in the name. They are especially preferred in projects with high currents.
