"Bluetooth Speaker Making" is quite an easy and fun beginner project. We will share with you all the materials required, the construction steps, and all the details for making a Bluetooth speaker.
Bluetooth Speaker Making
You can find all the materials required for making a Bluetooth Speaker on motorobit. By clicking on the product names, you can access the relevant products.
18650 Battery (You can choose the mAh value according to your preference. As this value increases, so does the usage time)
We will bring our project to life using these materials. Some of the products here are optional. You can use a different speaker as long as the speaker does not exceed 5W in the 4-8 ohm range. You can also choose a li-po battery as the power source. All rechargeable 3.7V batteries are compatible.
Another important point here is; if you wish, you can use this product by giving energy to the amplifier from the micro USB input without using a battery. It's entirely up to you. Energy can be provided from a power bank via the micro USB input, making the product portable again. However, if you provide energy from a phone adapter or PC, the product will still work but will not be portable.
Connection Diagram
You can use the following connection diagram to connect the products to each other. The TP4056 charging circuit is used for cases where a battery is used. The battery can be directly attached to this product. However, this amplifier circuit does not have overcharge protection. Therefore, it is recommended to use a charging circuit in between to safely charge the battery.
The connection diagram is as shown above. After the connection, you can connect to the device via your phone and listen to music.
You can further detail the project related to this product. For example, you can make a wooden or plastic case for this speaker. However, we do not have a document to share regarding this. You can adjust this case according to the dimensions of the speakers you choose. If it will not be used outdoors or appearance is not very important, you can make this connection and use it directly.
