BT137 - TO220 8A 600V Triac
Planar, used in applications requiring high bidirectional transient and blocking voltage capability and high thermal cycling performance, SOT78 (TO-220AB) is a triac in plastic packaging. This precision gate "series E" triac is designed to be interfaced directly to microcontrollers, logic integrated circuits, and other low-power gate trigger circuits.
