IR2125 DIP-8 Mosfet Driver IC
IR2125(S) is a high voltage, high speed powerful MOSFET and IGBT driver with overcurrent limiting protection circuit. Proprietary HVIC and latch-immune CMOS technologies provide ruggedized monolithic construction. Logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs up to 2.5V logic. The output driver features a high pulse current buffer stage designed for minimal driver crossover. The protection circuit detects overcurrent in the driven power transistor and limits the gate drive voltage. Cycle-to-cycle shutdown is programmed by an external capacitor that directly controls the time interval between detection of overcurrent limiting conditions and latching shutdown. The floating channel can be used to drive an N-channel power MOSFET or IGBT in a high or low side configuration operating up to 500 volts
