LM13700M SOIC-16 Smd Integrated
The LM13700 series consists of two current-controlled transconductance amplifiers, each with differential inputs and a push-pull output. The two amplifiers share common sources but otherwise operate independently. Linearization diodes are provided at the inputs to reduce distortion and allow higher input levels. The result is a signal-to-noise improvement of 10 dB, referenced to 0.5 percent THD. Specially designed high impedance buffers are provided to complement the dynamic range of the amplifiers. The LM13700's output buffers differ from those of the LM13600 in that the input bias currents (and hence the output DC levels) are independent of IABC. This can result in superior performance to the LM13600 in audio applications.
