LM239AN PDIP-14 Differential Comparator Integrated

LM239A consists of four independent precision voltage comparators with an offset voltage specification as low as 2 mV maximum. Each comparator is specifically designed to operate from a single power supply over a wide voltage range. Operation from split power supplies is also possible. These comparators also have the unique feature that the input common mode voltage range includes ground even when operated from a single power supply voltage.
