LM2901 SOIC-14 SMD Comparator IC
It consists of four independent precision voltage comparators specifically designed to operate from a single source over a wide voltage range. Operation from split power supplies is also possible. These comparators also have a unique feature in that the input common mode voltage range includes the negative rail, even though they are operated from a single power supply voltage.
