LM385 1.2 SOIC-8 Voltage Reference IC
This micro power, two terminal, bandgap voltage references with a current range of 10 μA to 20 mA works and has extremely low dynamic impedance and good temperature stability. On-chip correction ensures tight voltage tolerance. The bandgap reference for these devices has low noise and long-term stability.
