LM385Z 1.2V TO-92 Low Voltage Reference Diode
This micro power, two terminal, bandgap voltage references, 10 μA to 20 mA It operates over the current range and has extremely low dynamic impedance and good temperature stability. On-chip correction ensures tight voltage tolerance. The bandgap reference for these devices has low noise and long-term stability.
