LMC7660IMX/NOPB SOIC-8 SMD DC to DC Converter IC
LMC7660 supports a positive voltage from −1.5V to +1.5V to +10V. It is a CMOS voltage converter that can convert −10V to the corresponding negative voltage. The LMC7660 is a pin-by-pin replacement for the industry standard 7660. The converter features: operation over the full temperature and voltage range, low quiescent current and high power efficiency without the need for an external diode.
