LMR16020PDDAR SO-8 2A Regulator Integrated

The LMR16020 is a 60 V, 2 A SIMPLE SWITCHER® step-down regulator with integrated high-side MOSFET. With a wide input range from 4.3 V to 60 V, it is suitable for a variety of applications from industrial to automotive for power conditioning from uncontrolled sources. The regulator's quiescent current is 40 µA in Sleep mode, which is suitable for battery-powered systems. Ultra-low 1 μA current in shutdown mode can further extend battery life. A wide adjustable switching frequency range allows optimizing efficiency or external component size. Internal loop compensation means the user is relieved of the tedious task of designing loop compensation. This also minimizes external components of the device. A precise enable input allows simplifying regulator control and system power sequencing. The device also has built-in protection features such as cycle-to-cycle current limit, thermal detection and shutdown due to excessive power loss, and output overvoltage protection.
