MBRF20100 - 20A 100V Schottky Diode TO-220F

Switched Mode Power Rectifier uses the Schottky Barrier principle in a large area metal-silicon power diode. Ideal for use as a rectifier in very low voltage, high frequency switching power supplies, free-wheeling diodes and polarity protection diodes.
