MDQ400-16 400A 1600V Single Phase Bridge Diode is used in DC and AC circuits up to 1600V with loads up to 400A. The diode bridges are housed in a standard industrial enclosure that allows the device to be easily integrated into existing equipment. An alternating current is supplied to the "~" input of the circuit.
