TL431 SMD Integrated SOT23
TL431 and TL432 provide excellent temperature stability and up to 100mA It is a three-terminal adjustable shunt regulator that offers output current handling capacity. The output voltage can be adjusted to any selected voltage between 2.5 and 36 volts by selecting two external divider resistors.
