UC3844BD SMD SOIC-14 Integrated
UC3844B is for offline and DC to DC converter applications offering the designer a cost-effective solution with minimal external components It is a specially designed high performance constant frequency current mode Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) Controller. It features an oscillator, a temperature-compensated reference, high-gain error amplifier, current sense comparator, and a high-current totem pole output ideal for driving a power MOSFET.
