24C01LI - DIP8 EEPROM Integrated
24C01 is a 1-bit 1-bit page of 8 bits each, organized internally into 8 pages of 16 bytes each, for a total of 128 bytes. Kb is Serial CMOS EEPROM. It has a 16-byte page write buffer and supports both Standard (100 kHz) and Fast (400 kHz) I2C protocol.
