24LC256-I/P DIP-8 400kHz Microcontroller

24LC256 is a 256 Kb (capable of operating from 2.5 V to 5.5 V) 32K x 8) Serial Electrically Erasable PROM (EEPROM). It was developed for advanced, low-power applications such as personal communications or data collection. This device also has the ability to write data pages of up to 64 bytes. This device can perform both random and sequential reading up to a limit of 256K. Functional address lines allow up to eight devices on the same bus for up to 2 Mbit of address space.
