AD603ARZ SOIC-8 Smd Op-Amp Integrated
AD603ARZ is used in RF and IF AGC systems It is a Low Noise 90MHz Variable Gain Amplifier for use. Provides accurate, pin-selectable gains from -11dB to +31dB with 90MHz bandwidth or +9dB to 51+dB with 9MHz bandwidth. Any intermediate gain range can be regulated using an external resistor. The input referenced noise spectral density is only 1.3nV/√Hz and the power consumption is 125mW at recommended ±5V supplies. Decibel gain is linear in dB, accurately calibrated. Gain is controlled at a high impedance (50MR), low bias (200nA) differential input, scaling is 25mV/dB and requires a gain control voltage of just 1V to spread the central 40dB of the gain range. Whatever range is selected, a 1dB over and under range is provided. Gain control response time is less than 1µs for a 40 dB change. The differential gain control interface allows the use of differential or single-ended positive or negative control voltages.
