ADR525ARTZ-R2 SOT23-3 Smd Voltage Reference IC
Designed for space-critical applications, the ADR520/ADR525/ADR530/ADR540/ADR550 is a high precision shunt available in ultra-small SC70 and SOT-23-3 packages are voltage references. These references feature a low temperature drift of 40 ppm/°C, a starting accuracy of better than ±0.2%, and ultra-low output noise of 14 μV pp.
2.048 V Available in output voltages of 2.5 V, 3.0 V, 4.096 V and 5.0 V, the advanced design of the ADR520/ADR525/ADR530/ADR540/ADR550 eliminates the need for compensation by an external capacitor, but the references are constant with any capacitive load. The minimum operating current only increases from 50 μA to a maximum of 15 mA. This low operating current and ease of use make these references ideal for handheld, battery-powered applications.
On the ADR520/ADR525/ADR530/ADR540/ADR550, the output voltage is ±0%, without affecting the temperature coefficient of the device. There is a trim terminal that allows it to be adjusted within 5 range. This feature provides users with the flexibility to correct system errors.
