AP89010 DIP16 Audio IC
aP89010 high performance Audio OTP is manufactured with Standard CMOS process with onboard 256K bit EPROM. It can store up to 10 seconds of voice messages with 4-bit ADPCM compression at a 6KHz sampling rate. 8-bit PCM is also available as a user-selectable option. Two trigger modes, simple Switch trigger mode and Parallel CPU trigger mode, facilitate distinct user interface.
