FSD210 SOIC-7 Power Switch Integrated
FSD200 and FSD210 are integrated Pulse Width specially designed for high performance offline Switched Mode Power Supplies (SMPS) with minimal external components Modulators (PWM) and Sense are FETs. Both devices are monolithic high-voltage power switching regulators that combine an LDMOS Sense FET with a voltage mode PWM control block. Integrated PWM controller features include: a fixed oscillator with frequency modulation for reduced EMI, Under Voltage Lockout (UVLO) protection, Leading Margin (LEB), optimized gate on/off driver, thermal shutdown protection (TSD), loop compensation, and Precision current sources with temperature compensation for fault protection circuitry. Compared to a discrete MOSFET and controller or RCC switching converter solution, the FSD200 and FSD210 reduce the total component count, design size, weight and at the same time increase efficiency, productivity and system reliability. The FSD200 eliminates the need for an auxiliary bias winding at a small incremental supply power cost. Both devices are a very suitable basic platform for cost-effective flyback converter designs.
