BPW21 Photodiode Optical Sensor
BPW 21 is a photodiode in a TO-39 metal can package. This perforated metal package is hermetically sealed. BPW 21 is designed for applications between 350 and 820 nm, similar to the human eye (VLambda). Suitable applications for BPW 21 are exposure meters and color analysis.
