DC 24V 2-Channel LM393 Voltage Comparator Relay Module

LM393 Voltage Comparator Relay Module is a product that turns the relay on or off depending on the input voltage. There are 3 different operating modes. In this way, you can turn the relay on and off when the voltage value you enter is higher or lower than your reference value.

The reference voltage value can be changed with the help of the trimpot on the product. To switch between product modes, the positions of the jumpers behind the trimpots must be changed or removed. The reference voltage of the module is adjusted by turning the trimpot. You can measure the reference voltage value you set with a meter. You can read the reference value when you hold the black cable of the meter to the negative of the supply terminal and the red cable to the terminal labeled IN-.

The 24V mentioned in the product name refers to the supply voltage of the circuit. You can switch the voltage value you want with the relays on the product.

The jumper for function 1 is installed on the right. It is completely removed for function 2. For Function 3, it is mounted on the left.

Features:

  • Circuit Supply Voltage: 24V DC
  • Number of Channels : 2
  • Relay Values: 10A 30VDC / 10A 250VAC

Operating Modes:

Function 1:   Input the voltage to compare with the reference voltage set on the module (the reference voltage can be adjusted by the adjustable potentiometer on the module). The relay closes when the input voltage is greater than the set reference voltage; When the input voltage is less than or equal to the reference voltage, the module does not move. Comparison voltage is entered from the IN+ terminal.

Setting:
Operating Voltage is entered from + and - terminals. Reference voltage can be adjusted with trimpot.  The second step is to input the voltage signal to be compared from IN+. If IN+' is greater than the reference, the relay closes.

Function 2:
In Function 2, different voltages are entered into IN- and IN+. When IN+ is large, the relay closes.

Function 3: If the value entered into IN- is less than the reference, the relay operates.
