HIP4080 is a member of the HIP408X High Frequency H-Bridge Driver IC family. A simplified application diagram is shown in Figure 1. The HIP4080 H-Bridge driver IC provides the ability to operate from 8VDC to 80VDC to drive N-Channel MOSFET H-Bridges, the HIP4080 is packaged as a 20-lead DIP or 20-lead SOIC, providing a peak gate current driver of 2.5A.
