HIP4082 SOIC-16 Smd Mosfet Driver IC
HIP4082 is a mid-frequency, medium-voltage HCP available in 16-lead plastic SOIC (N) and DIP packages. -Bridge is an N Channel MOSFET driver IC.
Bridge-based designs specifically targeted for PWM motor control and UPS applications become simple and flexible with the HIP4082 H-bridge driver has been brought. With operation up to 80V, the device is best suited for applications at medium power levels.
