Mini Adjustable 3A Voltage Regulator Board - LM2596-ADJ
LM2596 regulator is monolithic integrated circuit ideal for easy and convenient design of voltage step-down switching regulator. It is capable of carrying 3A load. You can adjust the output voltage between 1.25-30V with the trimpot on it. Since it is a voltage step-down module, you should always set the input voltage higher than the output voltage.
Since the LM2596 converter is a switch-mode power supply, its efficiency is significantly higher than popular three-terminal linear regulators, especially at high input voltages. You can easily use it in your robotic projects. It operates at a switching frequency of 150 kHz, thus allowing smaller-sized filter components than required for low-frequency switching regulators.
Note: Prolonged turning of the trimpot during initial use must. Turn the trimmer until you see the voltage drop.

Note: For first use, reduce the output voltage, slowly turn the potentiometer counterclockwise for about 7-8 turns.
How to install before use:
- Make sure the power input is not greater than the input voltage stated in the specifications.

- Slowly turn the adjustment potentiometer to the desired voltage.
