MPL3115A2 I2C Intelligent Temperature - Pressure - Altitude Sensor
MPL3115A2 Altitude Barometric Pressure Sensor Module is a device that provides altitude data within 30 cm (with oversampling enabled). It is a MEMS pressure sensor. The sensor output is digitized with a high-resolution 24-bit ADC and transmitted over I2C, meaning it can be easily interfaced with most controllers. Pressure output can be resolved in fractions of Pascal, while elevation can be resolved in fractions of meters. The device also provides 12-bit temperature measurement in degrees Celsius.
This circuit separates the necessary pins into standard 2.54 mm pitch headers, making prototyping easy with this small device. The board also has all the passive components needed to make the device work, so just connect it to something that speaks I2C and go!
