TLV370x is Texas Instruments' first family of nanopower comparators with a supply current of only 560 nA per channel, which making the device ideal for battery power and cordless handset applications.
TLV370x provides a minimum temperature of 2.7 over an extended industrial temperature range (TA = –40°C to 125°C). It has an operating supply voltage of V and an input common mode range of –0.1 to VCC +5 V. current is an ideal choice for battery-powered portable applications where quiescent current is the primary concern. Reverse battery protection protects the amplifier from overcurrent condition caused by improper battery installation. For harsh environments, inputs can be taken 5 V above the positive supply rail without damaging the device.
