TTP223-BA6/TTP223N-BA6 TonTouchTM is a touchpad detector IC that offers 1 touch key. Touch sensing IC is designed to replace the traditional direct button key with different pad size. Low power consumption and wide operating voltage are essential communication features for DC or AC application.

 

• Operating voltage 2.0V~5.5V
• Operating current @VDD=3V, no load
• Typical 1.5uA in low power mode, maximum 3.0uA
• @VDD= in low power mode 3V response time maximum 220mS
• Sensitivity can be adjusted by external capacitance (0 ~ 50pF)
