WS2812B 4x4 RGB LED Module

 

It is an 8x8 fully addressable RGB LED module in 5050 SMD package (5x5 mm). Modules can be cascaded to form larger clusters via data input and data output ports. Each LED contains its own 18mA constant current driver and an addressable driver chip and will operate on a 4-7V power supply without any current limiting resistors. Since the data protocol is timing specific, you will need a faster microcontroller (at least 8 MHz) to control it. For example, you can use it with an AVR and an Arduino, PIC, STM32 or similar controller.
