24LC512-I/P DIP-8 400kHz Microcontroller
24LC512 is a 512Kb (64K x 64Kb) capable of operating over a wide voltage range (2.5V to 5.5V). 8) It is Serial Electrically Erasable PROM (EEPROM). It was developed for advanced, low-power applications such as personal communications and data collection. This device also has the ability to write data pages of up to 128 bytes. This device can perform both random and sequential reading up to a limit of 512K. Functional address lines allow up to eight devices on the same bus for up to 4 Mbit of address space.
