The device features 16 KB of self-programming flash program memory, 1024B SRAM, 512B EEPROM, an 8-channel 10-bit A/D converter, and a JTAG interface for on-chip debugging. The device reaches 16 MIPS efficiency at 16 Mhz in 2.7-5.5V operation.
