IFX007T TO-267-7 Mofset SMD is an integrated high current half bridge for motor drive applications. The integrated driver IC with logic level makes it easy to interface to a microcontroller and provides current sensing and diagnostics, slew speed adjustment, protection against over-temperature, under-voltage, over-current and short circuit. The IFX007T offers a cost-optimized solution for shielded high-current PWM motor drivers with very low board space consumption.
