IRF3205 - 55V 110A Mosfet - TO220

IRF3205 is a high current N-Channel MOSFET that can switch currents up to 110A and 55V. The feature of MOSFET is that it is very low in resistance at only 8.0mΩ, making it suitable for switching circuits such as Inverters, motor speed control, DC-DC converter. It is also one of the low resistance, easily accessible and cheap MOSFETs.

 

So if you are looking for a MOSFET to use in your switching circuit that operates below 55V and below 110A, you may want to consider using the IRF3205. Note that the IRF3205 has a high threshold voltage and is therefore not ideal for on/off control with embedded controllers. You can try IRF540N for this purpose.
