MAX691EWE WSOIC-16 SMD Integrated
The MAX690 family of controller circuits reduces the complexity and number of components required for power supply monitoring and battery control functions in microprocessor systems. These include µP reset and backup battery pass-through, monitoring timer, CMOS RAM write protection, and power failure alert. The MAX690 family significantly increases system reliability and accuracy compared to what can be achieved with discrete ICs or discrete components.
