MB506 Module Microwave Prescaler 64 128 256 2.4GHz Frequency Divider
MB506 is a high frequency prescaler with frequency up to 2.4GHz . The impedance variation is lower, which can achieve better classification performance and improve the dynamic range. It divides the input frequency into 128 or 256 modules and the output level is 1.6V at peak-to-peak value at ECL level. The divider ratio can realize 64, 128 and 256 dividers by two-digit dial switch or external interface.
