PIC10F200-I/P DIP-8 4MHz Microcontroller

PIC10F200-I/P low cost in 8 pin DIP package is a high-performance, 8-bit all-static flash-based CMOS microcontroller. It uses RISC architecture with only 33 single word/single loop instructions. All instructions are single cycle (1µs), except for program branches that take two cycles. Easy-to-use and easy-to-remember instruction set significantly reduces development time. PIC10F200-I/P is equipped with special features that reduce system cost and power requirements. Power-on reset (POR) and device reset timer (DRT) eliminate the need for external reset circuitry.
