This product uses a 12-bit program word and provides the right amount of features, including a 0.75 kB addressable program memory size, 24 byte data memory size, 4 general-purpose I/O pins, and a comparator. This device operates at a maximum 4MHz wide operating voltage frequency of 2 to 5.5V.
