PIC16F887 DIP40 8-Bit 20MHz Microcontroller
Powerful yet easy-to-program CMOS FLASH-based 8-bit microcontroller packs Microchip's powerful PIC architecture into a 40-pin package. PIC16F887 offers 256 bytes of EEPROM data memory. It has 14 Channel 10-bit ADC and is suitable for applications requiring more ADC inputs. The IC also includes 2 Comparators, 2 Timers (8 bit and 16 bit) and supports SPI, I2C and UART communication protocols.
