This product offers all the advantages of the well-known high-performance x16 architecture with standardized features including 32 kB addressable program memory size, 2048 bytes data memory size, 24 general-purpose I/O pins and 13 channels of 12-bit analog digital (A/D) converter. This device operates at a maximum frequency of 32MHz with a wide operating voltage of 1.8 to 3.6V.
