PTH3502 Analog Pressure Converter Transmitter
PTH3502; It is a product used to process pressure, negative or differential pressure into a 0 - 10 V constant voltage signal or a 0 (4) - 20 mA current signal. For gaseous, non-aggressive media in air conditioning and clean room technology, environmental and process technology and heating technology. When using a standard orifice, the flow rate can be displayed in l/s or m³/h with the "Flow" setting.
Setup:
The output signal is proportional to the applied pressure. Select the desired signal using DIP switch 1.
8 pressure measurement ranges can be selected using the rotary switch SW2 on the housing.
If a pressure lower than the pending pressure is selected, the green LED will flash. The yellow LED lights up when the pressure is > 50 Pa.
Attenuation is selected on DIP switch 2 and a start signal of 0 or 2 V, 0 or 4 mA is selected on switch 1.
Higher pressure Connect (negative pressure) to +, low pressure to -. Non-essential connections remain open. Electrical connection is made at terminals 1 - 3. The green LED lights up. Output 0 (2) - 10 V is on terminal 2, output 0 (4) - 20 mA is on terminal 4.
Zero setting may be required after mounting the transmitter. The best way to do this is to remove the hoses and briefly press the SW3 button. If the yellow LED lights up, a pressure > 50 Pa is present, e.g. Draft. The yellow LED flashes until the reset is completed.
