TC4428 DIP-8 Mosfet Driver IC

TC4428 is a dual complementary high speed power MOSFET Driver, it can easily charge/discharge 1000pF gate capacitances in under 30ns. This device provides sufficiently low impedance in both the ON and OFF states to ensure that the intended state of the MOSFET is not affected by even large transients. This device is highly resistant to lockout under all conditions within its power and voltage ratings. It will not be damaged when noise spikes up to 5V occur at the ground pin. It can accept up to 500mA of reverse current forced back to its outputs without damage or logic disturbance. All terminals are fully protected against electrostatic discharge (ESD) up to 4kV. The TC4426 device matched rise and fall times when charging and discharging the gate of a MOSFET.
