W1401 12V Digital Temperature Controller - Incubator Compatible
XH-W1401 DC12V Digital Thermostat Temperature Controller with NTC Sensor and LED Display is a temperature-controlled thermostat. This module can control both heating and cooling, and you can adjust it according to your application.
An NTC temperature sensor is provided to monitor temperatures ranging from -9°C to 99°C. A relay is provided for controlling AC or DC loads, and the relay can handle up to 10 amps. The module's input voltage (supply voltage) is 12 volts DC.
Usage
Start Indicator Light: The START (red) light means the relay is off, and the device begins to operate.
Stop Indicator Light: The STOP (green) light means the relay is off, and the device stops operating.
Display: The red number in the middle represents the detected temperature.
Display: The green number on the left represents the set start temperature.
Display: The green number on the right represents the set stop temperature.
OK (down or up): Used to adjust the temperature.
Cooling Mode:
- Set the start temperature > stop temperature.
- When the detected temperature ≥ start temperature, the relay turns on, and the cooling equipment operates.
- When the detected temperature ≤ stop temperature, the relay turns off, and the cooling equipment stops operating.
Heating Mode:
- Set the start temperature < stop temperature.
- When the detected temperature ≤ start temperature, the relay turns on, and the heating equipment operates.
- When the detected temperature ≥ stop temperature, the relay turns off, and the heating equipment stops operating.
