Ad606 80dB Demodulated Logarithmic Amplifier Module
AD606 output limiter module with 50MHz 80dB demodulation logarithmic recording is the amplifier. It has a wide range and adjustable output amplitude used for signal strength measurement. It has a 65mW CMOS compatible power saving mode with 325μW (typical value).
