DC Motor Speed Regulator controls the speed of a DC motor by regulating it with Pulse Width Modulation (PWM). The display range of the 3-digit LED display is between "000” - "100”. (For example, when "60" is displayed, it means that the PWM output duty cycle is 60%).
There is a rocker switch and potentiometer on the driver. Direction change can be made with the switch.  ;"I" position is forward, "O" position is stop, "II" position is reverse. When you turn the rocker switch from "I" or "II" position to "O" position, the engine will brake from "O" position to "I" position within 1 second. When you turn it to or "II" position, the motor will start to run smoothly and its speed is adjusted with the potentiometer.
