DG308B, DG309B analog switches are greatly improved versions of the industry standard DG308A, DG309. It provides lower open resistance, lower leakage, higher speed and lower power consumption.
These quad single pole one-way switches are widely used in telecommunications, instrumentation, process control, computer peripherals, etc. Designed for a wide variety of applications in fields. Improved load injection compensation design minimizes crossover transients. The DG308B and DG309B can handle input signals up to ±22 V.
All devices have true bidirectional performance when on and block signals to the supply levels when off. DG308B is a normally open switch and DG309B is a normally closed switch. (see Truth Table)
