High Linearity Broadband RF Amplifier Module 0.05-6G
High performance InGaP HBT MMIC amplifier adopts Darlington configuration and active bias network . The active bias network provides a stable current that varies with temperature and test process. Designed to operate directly from a 5V power supply, it requires no step-down resistors compared to a typical Darlington amplifier. The product is designed for high linearity, small size and minimal external 5V gain.
