IRF540 3 Channel Mosfet Module
IRF540 3 Channel Mosfet Module. It is a 3 channel mosfet module with low or high triggering that works in relay logic and can be used in most of your projects. It can trigger up to 40 volts and 10 amps.
This module supports 5V microcontroller, if you connect a 3.3V microcontroller it will not work.
