MCP1700T-1202E/TT SOT-23-3 SMD 1.2V Voltage Regulator
MCP1700T-1202E/TT is a 1.2V fixed output CMOS low output (LDO) Linear Regulator capable of delivering up to 250mA with an extremely low input-output voltage difference of 178mV at 250mA. The low dropout (LDO) voltage combined with low current consumption of only 1.6µA makes this part ideal for battery operation. Low voltage difference (step down voltage) prolongs the operating life of the battery. The device is stable with its 1.0µF ceramic output capacitor. It also allows high currents in small packages when operated with minimal VIN to VOUT differences. The circuit also includes short circuit protection and overtemperature protection to ensure maximum reliability.
