MCP1700T-3302E/TT SOT-23-3 SMD 3.3V Voltage Regulator
MCP1700T-3302E/TT is a CMOS low dropout positive Voltage Regulator capable of delivering up to 250mA with an extremely low input-output voltage difference of 178mV at 250mA. The low output voltage combined with the low current consumption of only 1.6µA makes this part ideal for battery operation. Low voltage difference (step down voltage) prolongs the operating life of the battery. This is stable with a 1.0µF ceramic output capacitor. It also allows high currents in small packages when operated with minimal VIN-VOUT differences. The circuit also includes short circuit protection and overtemperature protection to ensure maximum reliability.
